The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual ("multi-accounting") constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the cancellation of all associated accounts, forfeiture of any balances and permanent exclusion from the platform.
When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and a valid email address. You agree to promptly update this information if any of it changes.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. Any activity conducted through your Account using your login credentials will be deemed to have been carried out by you. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk0790 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the platform, even if pk0790 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
pk0790 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude any liability that cannot be lawfully limited or excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraudulent misrepresentation.
pk0790 expressly disclaims all liability for any financial losses incurred through gambling activity on the platform. All gaming involves risk and no outcome is guaranteed. You acknowledge that you participate entirely at your own risk.
pk0790 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that:
Upon Account closure, any Real Money Balance (after deducting any outstanding obligations, disputed amounts or funds subject to investigation) will be returned to the User via the original deposit method, subject to completion of any required verification steps.
Users may request Account closure at any time by contacting support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Accounts closed voluntarily may not be eligible for re-opening if a self-exclusion period is active.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the platform operator is licensed or incorporated, as applicable.
